We collect the information you choose to give us. When you request a Discovery Call, that includes your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, the days and times that work for you, what brings you to The Grove, and how you heard about us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

We use your information to respond to you, schedule your Discovery Call, and discuss which level of support fits. If you become a client, we use your contact details to coordinate your program. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Requests submitted through this site are accessible only to authorized members of The Grove team and the service providers we use to operate our website, email, and related systems. When you enroll in a program involving a retreat partner, we may share information reasonably necessary to coordinate the services you have chosen.

What you share with The Grove through intake, sessions, and written materials is treated as confidential. We do not disclose your participation or the details of your work outside The Grove without your permission, except where we are required to by law.

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we need them to support you and meet our business obligations. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
